Ecclesiact Web System for Churches

FAQ > Rogers Yahoo Browser > Enabling Popups

To make a site 'trusted' and allow your browser to acept popups originating from it, here's what to do:

1) In your browser, open the 'Settings' menu, 'Popup Blocker' menu item, then the 'Options' menu.

2) When the Popup Blocker Options screen opens, click the 'Advanced' tab.

3) When the 'Advanced Pop-Up Blocker Options' screen opens, click the 'Add' button to add domains to the list of allowed domains.

4) If your web site is called 'www.ecclesiact.com', drop the www. part and add the remailing part of the address to the window that opens next then click 'OK' to close this panel and return to the earlier screen:

5) The previous screen now shows again, with the new acceptable domain added.

6) Now that screen closes and all that's left to do now is to close the next screen (the first one we saw) to accept your new settings.   From now on the site you specified is 'trusted' and you should be able to see popup windows originating from it.
