Prices

There are presently two packages offered - Standard and Advanced.  The prices quoted are only available to churches and Christian organizations and we reserve the right to determine qualification by these terms - contact us to see if your organization qualifies.

Standard Edition:

• Lifetime licence for Ecclesiact Standard edition, including all updates;
• One-year's domain registration (if required);
• One month free web hosting for your system (thereafter $30 per month);
• Weekly backups of all web site and membership data;
• Basic graphical design for the 'look and feel' of your site
• Creation of two templates for use with your pages; 
• We will also visit you to provide training in use of the product and assist in selection of suitable persons to administer your system - if you are outside York Region or the Greater Toronto Region there may be an additional mileage change for this service;
• TOTAL COST FOR THIS ENTIRE PACKAGE - $1395 (Canadian) + GST

Advanced Edition:

• Lifetime licence for Ecclesiact Advanced edition, including all updates;
• One-year's domain registration (if required);
• Six months free web hosting for your system (thereafter $25 per month - but see here to qualify for additional free hosting);
• Includes comprehensive graphical design for the 'look and feel' of your site
• Creation of up to four templates for use with your pages;
• One day of on-site photography if required;
• We will also visit you to provide training in use of the product and assist in selection of suitable persons to administer your system - if you are outside York Region or the Greater Toronto Region there may be an additional mileage change for this service;
• TOTAL COST FOR THIS PACKAGE - $2495 (Canadian) + GST

We are also pleased to be able to offer a very competitive custom programming service in the unlikely event that you require any feature or facility not already included in our current product specifications.

Our terms are 50% deposit to be followed by the balance within 30 days of your site going 'live'
